DriveShaftShop axle bar, inner CV and outer CV internal upgrade, using 36 spline high grade aircraft quality bars (stock axle bars are 28 spline) and a custom chromoly CV cage and race set makes these axles practically indestructible. Chromoly 108mm inner CV is a direct replacement for the stock unit, and features full aerospace grade internals. The factory BMW outer CV housing is made from a very strong material, and we upgrade the internals to an aerospace grade cage and race set also.
Wisefab Dynamic Halfshaft Axles can hold 1500hp and offer outstanding reliability. Our axles use CV joints with low wear and high strength. The key is unique shaft material that not only has high-yield strength, but can also survive deformations or twists.
DriveShaft shop 1-piece conversion for the BMW E92 platform. The shaft is made from 2.75" x .170" tube with 2 108mm CV's to mount to the differential, which will eliminate any possible pinion angle issues. This shaft weighs 20lbs and since we are removing the hanger bearing, it will make the car seem more athletic and give it a smoother power transfer. This shaft is now being balanced on our new 9500RPM balancer to ensure a perfectly balanced shaft. Comes complete with cromoly T10 slip yoke to mount up to the transmission and all necessary hardware for installation.
